World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF)

WCEF presented the world’s best circular economy solutions and brought together over 1,000 key thinkers and doers from around the world.

The World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF) is a global initiative of Finland and the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. It brings together more than 2,000 business leaders, policymakers and experts from around the world to present the world’s best circular economy solutions. The WCEF examines how businesses can seize new opportunities, gain a competitive advantage through circular economy solutions and how the circular economy contributes to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In 2019, the forum had a strong emphasis on the next era of the circular economy and scaling up the transition.

During the event, ACCIONA presented the PaperChain project at the EASME’s stand. The visitors who attended the presented were from diverse regions of the world and industries.

During the presentation, ACCIONA covered different topics of PaperChain, for example, overall objectives, KPIs, Partners and their role and the latest news of the project.
